Crown Paradise Club Puerto Vallarta from a mother’s point of view

We had so much fun. They had this water park with a pirate ship and lots of different slides for all kinds of ages. My daughter 15 months and my son 3 years they both enjoyed the water park. She was happy in the baby area she could basically crawl all over and keep her head above the water, enjoyed the frog slid ,a very tiny slid that she could go up and down easily. They had a baby club and a wonderful kids club. The baby club was for babies of 18 months to 3 years and kids club from age 4 to 12. My son loved to play in the kids club and they were very good with it, he would go in and out and play with their toys, the kids club conveniently was against the play area and the water park so we could keep an eye on him where ever he was.

We spent most of our time in the main pool area and then at the beach. There were lots of chairs, but very difficult to get one, there were people who actually weren’t at the pool area for most of the day but still kept their space in shade or sun. It wasn’t a big deal for me, the kids woke me up at around 7:30 so I would go then and  reserve the chairs.

There were lots and lots of chairs at the beach, we went to the beach around 3 o’clock to be in the shade and the kids loved to play with sand. Yes, there were beach vendors but they were very good if you didn’t show any interest they would just leave you alone.

We mostly used the buffet restaurant, it was a lot easier with the kids and my son loved to run around and help me make a plate. The food was just perfect; there was a good verity, with lots of healthy choices. I traveled with two little toddlers, my son eats almost anything not like my daughter she is normally a good eater but very precautious, she tastes everything before eating and if she doesn’t like the taste there is no way to make her eat it. She just turned to a perfect eater.

The staffs were very friendly and helpful. They would go out of their way to help you with what you wanted; they all were very good with the kids.

There were nightly shows as well but we didn’t go to any of them, the kids spent so much time in the pool and the beach that my son almost slept at the dinner table. They were both asleep by 7:30- 8 pm. They gave us a suit as the double rooms were full, so we had no problem staying in the room and watching TV when they were sleeping.

Best of all the resort was close to the cruise ship center and the flee market of that, and there was a huge super market around the corner (2 minutes walk). I had no problem buying pasteurised milk for my daughter and it was a relief knowing that you can get what ever you need in walking distance. There was also a Wal Mart within walking distance about 10 minutes with both kids.

Unfortunately we didn’t attend any tours, we just thought kids are too little to enjoy it, but that’s Ok cause I promised  my self to go back and do what we missed doing this trip.

I sure have many other stories, but can’t keep my eyes open, I will record my little stories of the trip at a later time.

Until next time,
