Getting used to having a preschooler

I have no idea how September passed and even how we got to the October 4th! I just opened my eyes to see that Thanks Giving is next weekend. And I’m not prepared for it.

To me September was the month of adjusting, rushing and dealing with many changes.

As you may know my son started preschool this September. We were not a morning person since the beginning. Every one of us including me has difficulty waking up early?
So we had to adjust to the new sleep pattern. Then he was dealing with separation anxiety in a weird way.

I’m also trying to give these little guys a routine. I may had a routine as a kid, but when I grew up and in my line of profession.  Having a routine was not an option. There was always something more important and urgent to do than what I had to do. And there were too many thing going on at the same time that I couldn’t keep up. So I guess on adulthood I lost my sense of routine.

Now I’m trying to have that back in my life. So that my family can benefit from it.
Guess what I’m writing plans for my tomorrow and try to do common things at common time so it gets in to a habit and routine.

Well we will see how it goes; this is part of my plan to be more organized and less procrastinator.(Update on Procrastinator a bad role model for children.)

As a family we had a busy September learning new stuff. But I thing we passed the test and ready to go through the school year.

I think September was an adjusting month for many families. I hope everyone had a great and fulfilled September.

Until later,
